Fly Digital Marketing Ltd collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries, prepare projects, manage client briefs, and improve our services. This may include your name, business details, email address, phone number, website, project requirements, budget, timing, and any information you choose to provide.
How we use information
We use your information to reply to you, assess and deliver requested services, maintain project records, send submission confirmations, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and service providers
Submitted forms are stored in a private website database. Transactional emails are delivered through Resend. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Fly does not receive or store complete card details. Limited technical information may be processed by our hosting provider to operate and secure the site. Draft briefs are stored securely on the website only after you request an emailed resume link.
Business-owner ID for contracts
Before signing a client agreement, we request a copy of the business owner’s ID to support our contracting records and help prevent impersonation. Upload it through the protected contract page; do not email it. The client account owner and authorised Fly owners and administrators can access the copy. It is stored separately from general project files and is not included in public documents, emails or analytics. An uploaded copy is not a claim of independently verified identity.
We retain the copy only while needed for that purpose or a relevant legal obligation or dispute, and review removal requests individually. Contact us to request access or removal. The signed agreement may retain the attachment reference, upload date and file fingerprint after the copy is removed, to preserve the integrity of the signed record.
Retention
Enquiries and unconverted briefs are normally reviewed for deletion after 24 months. Active-client, contractual, invoicing, payment, and accounting records may be retained for up to seven years after the relevant service or transaction where needed for delivery, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or financial reporting. Unsubmitted draft links expire after 30 days. Fly reviews records before deletion so an active client relationship is not removed by mistake.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Clients with a secure account can update selected information and request deletion directly. Some records may need to be retained where law or an active agreement requires it. You can also email hello@flydigitalmarketing.co.
Security
We use access controls, restricted staff permissions, encrypted transport, rate limiting, content validation, operational monitoring, and encrypted business backups. No internet service can promise absolute security, so please avoid submitting sensitive financial credentials, passwords, or special-category personal data.

Analytics and your preferences
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure public page visits, project enquiry clicks, form starts, and successful submissions. We do not send form contents, email addresses, or secure sign-in links to analytics. Qualification, quotations, acceptance, and payments remain in Fly’s private business records. You can decline analytics or change your choice here.
If you also choose advertising measurement, we store the campaign and click identifiers supplied with your visit, together with your choice and its date. We may share those identifiers and the outcome of your enquiry with Google to measure advertising. We do not send your form answers, email or phone number for this measurement, and advertising personalization stays disabled. You can change your choice here or contact Fly about a previously submitted enquiry.
